Bad bubble positioning after screen change

In the attached image, you can see a BubbleDialogDelegateView that is hanging off to the right of its anchor view (the app menu button in the browser window). The reporter tells me that this is after logging in on console following a previous login via RDP, so some window shuffling/resizing had occurred. Shouldn't it be to the left so that it's over the browser window?

Aw, crumb. Well, it showed the bubble hanging off the right side of the browser window, with the top-left corner beneath the app menu rather than the top-right.

I'm guessing it's either bug 636418 or bug 624994, or maybe a combination. I'll keep this open to make sure, though.
