Issue descriptionExample URL: https://www.epic-srl.com/en/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome 67.0.3396.87 on your android 7.0.0 mobile and optionally connect to your pc for debug 2. Visit the site 3. Slowly scroll down and up the page a few times; a scoll to top button appears: after a bit (I'm not able to always reproduce the bug) you should notice that the active area of the scroll to top button is shifted a bit above or below the visual scroll to top button. This happens on multiple websites I tried with a scroll to top button What is the expected behavior? Active area must be the visual button What went wrong? Active area is shifted n respect to the visual button: so, visual button is unresponsive on tap Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.339687 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0.0 Flash Version:

Tested the issue using #67.0.3396.87 on Samsung J7 7.0 as per steps mentioned in comment#0. Observed scroll to top button is responsive and active area of same is not shifted on scrolling. @crudo.daniele: Could you help us by providing device details you are seeing this issue for further triaging. Thank you for trying, this behaviour doesn't happen all the time, so, at least for me it's not simple to track; it happens "most of the times" when scrolling till the bottom of the page, then scrolling a bit up, then again to bottom, and so on...just playing a bit. My device is a Blackview BV8000 pro with Chrome 67.0.3396.87 and android 7.0 The bug doesn't exist with its stock browser.

I can't reproduce this either. (Pixel 2, Android 8.1) Could you try Chrome 64 or Canary just to see if it might be fixed already?
