A bug on youtube Full screen function on any video, quality, speed, quotation, subtitles

Reported by c4ncerst...@hotmail.com, Jun 12 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version : 67.0.3396.87
URLs (if applicable) : youtube.com
Other browsers tested: internet explorer (worse)
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: NOT TESTED (lack of mac computer)
    Firefox: FAIL (60.0.2)
       Edge: FAIL (11.48.17134.0)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) plug a mouse with back and forth buttons
(2) play any video on full screen
(3) click any button (back or forth)

What is the expected result?
maintain the full screen browser and keep functioning stable

What happens instead?
1.-On chrome youtube stops working, the only way to make it work again is to press esc or exit full screen.
2.-On Internet explorer is very bad, it just stay on the video but it starts to play it and stop it simultaneously and then, crash and back to the last page you were.
3.- on firefox is a different thing it almost work, you can scroll on the section tabs and it works if you click on any of them, also if you want to put another video it works, BUT you cant scroll on the videos section, it just wont work till you get out of full screen

In additio, I havent tested any other page taht allows full screen.
At the end, it makes a bad web browsing experience when trying to lay down and relax while web browsing

c4ncerstunks@ Thanks for the issue.

As a mouse with back and forth buttons is not available at TE end to test this issue, adding 'TE-Hardware-Dependency' label for further help in triaging the issue.

Thanks..

I cannot reproduce this on Windows 10 with Chrome 70.0.3538.110.

Reporter can you provide a video of it occurring if it still happens? Do you have any extensions installed that could be causing it?
