Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.79 Safari/537.36 Example URL: basically any page that has a <video> tag in it. Sample: http://easyhtml5video.com/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to http://easyhtml5video.com/ and play the video. You can only mute/unmute audio 2. Disable #enable-modern-media-controls in chrome://flags 3. Relaunch 4. Go back to http://easyhtml5video.com/ , rightclick on the video, press "show controls" and then you can see a volume control What is the expected behavior? Both versions of the media controls should allow increasing/decreasing the volume of a video What went wrong? Seems like chromium devs don't have time to watch videos, or always watch on full volume ;-) Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3396.79 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Contents of chrome://gpu:
