Show some timing information for tasks that are deduped |

Issue descriptionI'm looking at a task that was deduped (https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=3db52ebf4c9eb010) and I'm trying to figure out when it was triggered. Currently there's no pane/table for timing stats like the one shown on tasks that aren't deduped. Could we get one added? Task duration, overhead, etc aren't really applicable for a deduped task (they obv belong to the task it was duped into to) but it'd still be useful to see when the task was triggered IMO. Maybe just a single field somewhere that displays the trigger timestamp?

The table existed at one point but I got reports that it was more confusing than it was worth. The created row missing though, that seems like a bug that should be fixable. I can start on that soon.
