Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Touch screen with two finger around same time and fast add 1 more touch.
2. Having 3 touch down will either reset all touch or  reset all touch when you move your third finger touch.
3. Putting touches down 1 by 1, or having 1 down and add 3 etc tends not to recreate this. Spamming touches recreates this problem but it could still be the 2+1 touch,  which creates this issue almost everytime.

What is the expected behavior?
Touches should not disappear/reset or get stuck, when multitouching

What went wrong?
Touches get reset/dissappear or even get stuck and need multiple retouches to get fixed.

With developer mode when 2+1 touch happens - touches get reset same like i have removed my 1 finger from screen.
It happened just once while testing, but 1 touch got stuck to.

I also tested https://codepen.io/Dafrok/pen/KdLmZM  - when i do 2+1 touch then touch locations stop working when i move my fingers.
