[Feature Request] As a web developer using the Chrome DevTools, I would like the "step over" functionality when script execution is paused to not step into minified or blacklisted files.

Reported by bjenk...@accusoft.com, Jun 12 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Pause script execution.
2. Do something to provoke script execution.
3. Follow step over through a whole bunch of files that I'm not interested in.

What is the expected behavior?
Technically this is the expected behavior but I couldn't find a better place to file a feature request.

What went wrong?
Preferable behavior would be to be able to blacklist or whitelist files that I am not interested in stepping over.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.79 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Good idea, smart guy!

Thank you for the request. I believe the ability you are looking for is covered by the "blackboxing" feature:
https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/javascript/reference#blackbox

This should allow you to step over and avoid pausing in files that are not relevant to your workflow. Please let me know if I'm mistaken!

Marking as WontFix since the feature exists, and adding kozy@.

Chrome DevTools are the greatest. Thank you! ^.^
