Recently closed tab entries are not displayed under recent tabs in the tab grid |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 69.0.3455.0 canary iOS Version: 11.4, 11.4.1 beta 2, 12.0 Device: iPhone 8, iPad Mini, iPhone 6S Plus Precondition: Enable ui-refresh-phase-1 in chrome://flags Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. Navigate to any webpage ex.cnn.com 3. Wait until the page loads completely 4. Close the tab 5. Tap on tab switcher icon 6. Go to recent tabs in the tab grid view Observed results: Recently closed tabs are not displayed Expected results: Recently closed tab entries should be displayed under recent tabs in the grid view Note: Recently closed tab entries are updated correctly under Menu>Recent Tabs Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Type-bug-regression? The CL is in-flight, lgtm'd but not landed. The CL for this exposes a bug which puts the app in a very confusing inconsistent UI state when certain actions are taken. Another in-flight CL fixes that, so I'm waiting to have that CL approved and landed along with this CL.
