I've removed browser profile, cleaned the system registry of OS Window 8.1(64), and install the 69.0.3456.0 version but the problem persists.

The folder by path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Chromium had been cleaned before browser install.

Thank you for you links! Part of the problem can be solved if you log in to your Google account in Incognito mode on the same version of Chromium. Also they write you could install the older version. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=851453
