Regression: 'Security' is seen in bold instead of greyed out in Join WiFi network |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3455.1/10774.0.0 dev channel Kip, Jerry, Celes OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Recover build>> In OOBE screen, Connect to Network overlay, click on any WiFi network and observe Actual: 'Security' font is seen in bold Expected: 'Security' font should be seen greyed out like 'SSID' as the Security field is non-editable This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3452.0/10773.0.0 dev (Old UI) @Stevenjb: Please confirm the issue

I can't repro this on ToT, maybe was an unrelated issue?

Able to reproduce the issue on 69.0.3457.0/10780.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy & Reks. The font of 'Security' is different than the font of 'SSID'. Please refer the attached screenshot in comment#0. Hence reopening the issue Thanks!
