(celes host has no wifi NIC) autotest: network_WlanDriver: chromeos2-row6-rack10-host1 fails

Project Member Reported by kirtika@chromium.org, Jun 12 2018

Issue description

network_WlanDriver failed here:
https://stainless.corp.google.com/browse/chromeos-autotest-results/206891866-chromeos-test/

I ssh-ed into the host and lspci didnt show the NIC.
echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/rescan didn't help either.

We need to reboot and check this machine, or physically check for wifi NIC presence. If a physical NIC is present, Rajat and I would want this device back.

DUT has been locked and request for triage https://b.corp.google.com/issues/110097049

Ribbon cable -> network card was not connected. I re-seated it and it is working again.
