Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Opened Chrome (Mac OSX)
2. Tried to open an incognito window via the shortcut Cmd + Shift + N
3. Browser opens a new non-incognito window

What is the expected behavior?
An incognito window should appear.

What went wrong?
I threw my keyboard out the window.
