Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open any page
2. press command + c
3. see dev tools opening

What is the expected behavior?
command c is supposed to copy text.

What went wrong?
command + c is opening the chrome dev tools and doesn't copy the text, if any is selected. even if the selected text is on the address bar.
