Unreadable text in Performance monitor with dark theme

Reported by maxar...@gmail.com, Jun 11 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3453.6 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use dark theme in DevTools
2. Open Performance monitor

What is the expected behavior?
I can read the text for the value for JS heap size fairly well.

What went wrong?
The color of the text is blue with a background #242424, resulting in a very poor contrast ratio of 1.81.

Also CPU usage is below the AA limit (3.88), as well as other (hidden by default) lines:
* Documents (4.20)
* Layout / sec (1.45)
* Style recalcs / sec (3.58).

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 69.0.3453.6  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:
