[Sorry for lack of screenshot, bubble disappeared before I could take one]

A bubble appeared pointing at the app menu that said "Chrome update has been available for 3 days". The body text was clipped at the top and bottom because the bubble wasn't tall enough to display all the text (and it didn't have a scrollbar either).
