Crostini rendering issues when maximizing Goland

When maximizing Goland, black boxes appear. This can also affect other Linux apps.

Please attach the output from running 'xrandr' when this is happening. Also provide the display size used in chrome://settings/display as well as the current value of chrome://flags/#enable-display-zoom-setting.

I'm not able to reproduce this on ToT with M72, if you can reproduce it...please re-open the bug.
