Precondition :
1- Enable voice over from device settings.

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome.
  2.  Tap on Menu > Settings > Voice search.
  3.  Scroll the cursor downwards.
  4.  Tap on the language present above “नेपाली भाषा” and Below “हिंदी” language.

Observed results: 
Voice over is not read on selecting the languages.

Note : Voice over is heard as button on selecting above languages when navigated from 
GLIF(Mic icon) > language selection (Globe icon)

Expected results: 
Voice over should be heard.
