What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Press Alt+Shift+I to open Report an Issue..overlay
(2)Click on Metrics link >>Maximize the page >>close it
(3)Again click on Metrics link and the observe the page while opening
Actual: Page struck and opens with delay
Expected: No such distortion should be seen
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
