Non-Regression: Devices are not getting vanished immediately when Bluetooth is disabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> From ubertray, Connect to a Bluetooth Device and disable the toggle button of Bluetooth and observe

Actual: The connected Devices and available Devices are not vanishing immediately when Bluetooth is disabled

Expected: The Devices should vanish as soon as the Bluetooth is disabled 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
