What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,go to chrome://settings/cupsPrinters page ->Add a Printer
(2)In select a printer manufacturer >>select any..(Ex:Anitech)
(3)By tabbing,bring the focus on the selected manufacturer, hit Enter key and observe

Actual: When the focus highlight is on selected manufacturer,nothing happens when we hit enter key.
Expected:Instead, the manufacturer drop-down should be opened or the selected manufacturer name should be deleted

This is  a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
