1. Focus omnibox
2. Type "a"
3. Scroll the suggestions. Keyboard will be dismissed. Pre-edit is still visible.

Here, to return the keyboard to the screen, you need to tap the omnibox again. At this point, the pre-edit is accepted, which is not the desired behavior.
