Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3453.0 (Official Build) Revision 67baaec3f00fba7d0a5b1041fca4e28b16ac5e55-refs/branch-heads/3453@{#1}(64-bit) OS:Mac (10.12.6) Pre-Condition:Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa' from chrome://flags. Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome and Navigate to facebook.com 2.Sign-in with valid credentials and Save the password by clicking on key in omnibox. 3.Log-out and Click on key present in omni-box and select 'Manage password'. 4.Delete password from chrome://settings/passwords by clicking on three dots(Remove) option. 5.Reload the facebook.com page and Observe. Actual Result:Password does not get deleted even after removing password from chrome://settings/passwords. Expected Result:Password should get deleted after removing password from chrome://settings/passwords. This is a Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-67’ series(#67.0.3381.0). Note:Issue is MAC Specific only. Kindly review the attached screen-cast . Thank You!

I can't reproduce on the latest Canary. Can you retest? - Is it 100% reproducible? - Do you get the same behavior if you delete the credential from the bubble? - If you refresh the settings after removal, is it still empty? - If you open the bubble via the icon after deletion, does it say "No credentials saved"?

I have a similar issue, cannot delete/remove saved password, but using the saved passwords popup. (see attachment) Chrome 67.0.3396.99 on Windows 10 64bit

I was fixing a similar bug for facebook in M68. Can you retest on the recent Canary or Beta?

Update: with respect to comment#4: Issue is still reproducible in Canary #69.0.3479.0 and Beta #68.0.3440.42.Kindly refer the attached videos.

Re Comment #5: This is another bug - Issue 852430 . We know that for generation it doens't work. Is it possible to reproduce it without triggering password generation? Re Comment #3: I don't really see what's going on. Can you capture the whole screen and list the steps?
