WebKit Linux Trusty MSAN failure for external/wpt/css/cssom-view/scrollingElement-quirks-dynamic-001.html

external/wpt/css/cssom-view/scrollingElement-quirks-dynamic-001.html

However, reverting the bug (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/1094774) was unsuccessful due to conflicts with

This bug keeps track of the failure.

hmmm. I cannot see failures for these tests on the flakiness dashboard; but I also cannot see any runs with builder "WebKit Linux Trusty MSAN".

The failure disappeared

The failure disappeared because I added an constructor initializer for a dirty bit introduced in 1087758, in paint_layer.cc. It was an oversight in the other
CL.
