Command + C opens DevTools on Mac Canary

Issue description

Chrome Version: Version 69.0.3453.3 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
OS: Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Press "Command + C" anywhere inside Chrome (including Omnibox).

What is the expected result?
Copy selected text

What happens instead?
Opens DevTools

 
Thank you for making this issue! I copy and paste a lot for my work and I use an in-browser application that only allows me to copy using keyboard shortcuts, so I am currently using 2 different browsers to try and keep my productivity up. The joys of using Canary I guess!

Cmd+Shit+N Opens a New Window instead of New Incognito Window.
