Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 67.0.3396.79 using Macbook Air 10.13.3 and Macbook Pro 10.13.3 by scrolling using 2 fingers on touchpad. NOTE: Checked issue on enabling/disabling Strict Site Isolation and is not reproducible either. @Reporter: Please check the issue by resetting all flags to default from chrome://flags. Please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. Any further information on reproducing the issue would help in further triaging. Thanks!

I had the Experimental Web Platform features flag set. After resetting that flag, scrolling now works. Could you please ensure this bug correlation gets to the folks working on that set of features? Thanks!
