Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. When I navigate in the Chromium interface (tabs, menu, history, downloads, settings etc) 2. Appears a red border blinking in the app. 3. I don't know how to disable or remove this, and it's a incommod. What is the expected behavior? I want disable this What went wrong? A red border blinking around the app window when I use the user interface. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.81 Channel: dev OS Version: 5.1.1 Flash Version: Please tell how to disable this boring issue.

Tested the issue using #67.0.3396.81 on Micromax 5.1.1 as per the steps mentioned in original comment and could not reproduce the issue. No blink of red border is seen. @denisesayonara031280: Could you please help us with the details of your device for further triaging of the issue? Thanks!!

The blinking red border is a feature of Android's developer mode to indicate heavy processing. The developer mode is not something a novice user can enable, not sure why the reporter is seeing it enabled. @denisesa... Have you recently followed any of those irresponsible Android "tips" from the web? Or even have your device rooted?
