"LayerTreeHostTestImageAnimationSynchronousSchedulingSoftwareDraw.RunMultiThread_DelegatingRenderer" is flaky.

the test got introduced by khushalsaga@ with https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1087321
and was flaky from the start.

As the patch was already submitted on Wednesday, I'll disable the test.

Assigning to khushalsaga@ for following up with a fix for the test.
