Omahaproxy branch position doesn't work anymore.

Go to https://omahaproxy.appspot.com/
See that branch_base_position is "1" for many of the versions.
This makes it difficult to figure out what revision a version number represents, which makes it difficult to perform bisections.

It used to be that the branch_base_position would be the revision that that version came from originally.
