SafeBrowsing-enabled UMA is broken on CrOS |
||||
Issue descriptionThe SafeBrowsing.Pref.General UMA metric, which shows how many users opted-out of SB, is way off on Chrome OS (only) as of M64. Rather than 99% still-opted-in, it's like 75% for M63 onward. UMA graph: https://uma.googleplex.com/p/chrome/timeline_v2/?sid=6cfde8cf4e6e88fd389a380e901144ba I'm assuming this is a measurement problem, rather than an actual pref change.

I confirmed that this is not a real drop in SB-using-users -- Database-update checks remain the same rate before/after M64,

This bug has an owner, thus, it's been triaged. Changing status to "assigned".

aaaand this has been fixed in m69. The opt-in rate shows ~98% now. It's great when procrastination works. |
