Sorry, this was not a regression, but rather the fix of an earlier regression: The test was broken at: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1090752/4/third_party/WebKit/LayoutTests/external/wpt/webxr/interfaces.https-expected.txt It was later fixed in upstream by this PR: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/11419 which is what you see in this import.
