bvt: check that firmware updater works

Currently it seems chromeos_firmwareupdate isn't regression tested.

Example: crbug.com/850758 seems to have been broken 4/23-6/8 without triggering a failure.

bvt should run firmware update, or at least a firmware update dry run, to catch this kind of issue.
