"Close All" and "Done" button locations are not consistent between landscape and portrait modes.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Enter Tab Switcher

Observed results: Observe that in portrait "Close All" button is on left and in landscape the button shifted to right.

Expected results: "Close All" and "Done" buttons should be consistent in both orientations.

Works fine in iPads.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
