non-http links created wrong on inspecting element

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Inspect On Element That Have Link To non-http links (I mean links like tel, mailto)
2. Move Mouse Over Link In Developer Tools

What is the expected behavior?
expected behavior is something like tel:0123456789

What went wrong?
it shows http://example.com/tel:0123456789

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Why isn't that error still unconfirmed it's definitly a bug
