[User Feedback - Stable] Close, Maximize and Minimize buttons are too big in M67 with theme installed

We have seen several reports that the close/min/max buttons "look too big". This might be related to  crbug.com/819594  but now is being reported specifically for Windows.

melodychu@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the latest Stable 67.0.3396.79 and Canary 69.0.3453.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and added theme (Eiffel Tower,Unknown Space etc..) from chrome webstore.
2. Cannot observe bigger close/maximize/minimize button after the theme is added.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

We are not able to access the above given feedback links.
Request you to provide the details of the theme which will help in reproducing the issue.
