   I am unable to use the volte feature while using jio sim. I have bought the handset from singapore and using in India with jio sim. But I am unable to make use of volte feature. When I try to activate volte from the notification panel, there is a message stating "Volte is not supported by your current software version. Contact Customer service for more details". Plz do the needful
