Binary size sheriff dashboard errors out (HTTP 500) |

Issue descriptionIt looks like the binary size sherif dashboard [1] is not working. I get an error text "HTTP error 500", when normally I should get a list of alerts. [1] https://chromeperf.appspot.com/alerts?sheriff=Binary%20Size%20Sheriff |
