Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.79 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.bonth.nl/gynzy/chrome-mouse-events/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. The problem occurs on Interactive Whiteboards or Interactive Touch Displays with HID compliant touchscreen driver 2. Start a stable Chrome browser (version 66 or higher) on Windows 10 3. Open http://www.bonth.nl/gynzy/chrome-mouse-events/ 4. "draw" in the upper white box: mouse_down, mouse_move, mouse_up using your finger or pen on the touchscreen What is the expected behavior? 5. In older Chrome versions (version 65 or below), you're able to create a line as expected because all expected Flash MouseEvent's are dispatched: MOUSE_DOWN, MOUSE_MOVE and MOUSE_UP. What went wrong? 6. In Chrome version 66 or higher, when you put your finger/pen down and move your mouse, no mouse events are generated. Only when you put your finger/pen down (MouseEvent.MOUSE_DOWN) and without moving release your finger/pen (MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP) mouse events are generated in Flash. 7. When using a normal mouse or touchpad, Flash in Chrome is working as expected. But when you interact on an Interactive Touch Display, Flash in Chrome doesn't dispatch all expected mouse events. Other url's suffering from this problem http://www.gynzy.com (login required) http://express.smarttech.com/# (no login required) Flash mouse interaction still works as expected in other browsers, like Edge. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? Yes Flash Did this work before? Yes Chrome version 65 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3396.79 Channel: stable OS Version: 10 (1803) Flash Version: 30.0.0.113 I already checked Canary, it has the same problem. Please fix.

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.79 using Surface Pro, Windows 10. As we do not have the required hardware setup i.e., "HID compliant touchscreen" to test and confirm the issue from our end, hence adding appropriate component "Blink>Input" and requesting someone from dev team to have a look into this.
