What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Open Google play store window >>open any app
(2)Press Full screen button continuously and observe
Actual: Unwanted flickering is seen while continuously enabling and disabling Full screen
Expected: No such flickering should be seen when we enabling and disabling Full screen
This is a Non-Regression seen from M-62.
Note:Issue is ARC devices specific
