Regression: App icons are flickering when typed in search bar of App launcher

Chrome Version: 69.0.3452.0/10762.0.0 dev channel Peppy, Minnie, Celes
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Click on App Launcher and type in search bar like Play or something and observe app icons flickering

Actual: When typing Play app icons are flickering
Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M67 Beta

NOTE: Issue is seen in M68 also

This isn't reproing on eve with ToT. Strange.
