Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start multiple longer running downloads. 2. Start another download and try to change the file name in the dialog. 3. When the cursor is at an index bigger than 0, there is a possibility that the cursor jumps back to index 0. This messes up file renaming and is annoying. What is the expected behavior? The cursor should remain at its current position when the user does nothing. What went wrong? The cursor hops back to index 0 at any random time while other downloads are running. (I haven't found out if running downloads is the problem or downloads finishing while in the file dialog) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

danowar2k@ Thanks for the issue, Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 66.0.3359.181 and the latest Canary 69.0.3457.2 by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and started downloading 2 large files. 2. Tried renaming the file and could not observe the cursor jumping to index 0 while the file is getting downloaded. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in reproducing the issue. Also request you to retry the issue by updating Chrome to the latest Stable 67.0.3396.87 and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..
