Precondition:
Have a call in progress on mobile device (or) Personal Hotspot should be enabled and at least one device has to be connected to personal hotspot
Steps to reproduce:
1. Freshly install chrome canary.
2. Launch chrome and go through FRE.
3. Open any URL.
4. Scroll up the page.
Observed results:
Notice that the omnibox URL is not displayed.
Note: Issue is reproduced only on fresh install. After tapping on Home button and relaunching the app does not reproduce the issue.
Expected results:
Omnibox url should be displayed just below the personal hotspot blue bar.
