Automate bucketing of bugs with custom label.

Automate bucketing of "status:Unconfirmed -OS=Chrome" with Needs-Triage-MXX label.

Triage team, reviews all bugs in triage queue and buckets them manually with Needs-Triage-MXX label based on the Chrome version on which it was reported. Its picked up by individual testers( Milestone owner) for triaging. This is done in order prioritize and address incoming bugs for latest released chrome versions.But there are there are chances of missing P0/P1 issues especially over the weekends and also 1 tester almost spends half of her triaging time for bucketing.Hence requesting an automation effort here.

Current active milestone as labels.

1. Needs-Triage-M67
2. Needs-Triage-M68
3. Needs-Triage-M69
4. Needs-Milestone ( If reported for any other older version)

Including Austin and Prasad who worked with Monorail API for inputs about the feasibility of automation.

With Sheriffbot we can do these type of automation.  e.g of rules running are in https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/issue-tracking/autotriage.

I used to work on this and now I'm not sure who is the point of contact (prasadv@) do you know ?
