I think virtual/threaded/fast/scrolling/overlay-scrollbars.html is the only remaining failure here.

It seems to be an RTL test and may be fixed by  https://crbug.com/853945 .

A few hours ago I landed a patch that converted the remaining tests in fast/scrolling to use gpu benchmarking:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/1196826

This might introduce some failing tests, when was the time that you checked?
