Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Press F12, open Chrome Dev Tools
2. Get confused of sub-panels in sub-panels, and a mess of tabs. Hard to navigate.
3. Get motivated to change how UX is in Chrome Dev Tools work, yai :)

What is the expected behavior?
It would be awesome if the panels in Chrome Dev Tools could be arranged like in this video:

Even better if you can save "view" presets, depending on what you are doing.

Just imagine how wonderful your life would be, with your own customized panel setup <3

What went wrong?
Chrome dev team just added a lot of panels, and over time it got unorganized.
