Issue descriptionThis CL: https://crrev.com/c/1081873 Had files covered by these two CQ.ini files: https://cs.corp.google.com/chromeos_public/chromite/COMMIT-QUEUE.ini https://cs.corp.google.com/chromeos_public/chromite/config/COMMIT-QUEUE.ini However, the PreCQ only used builders from the config/ .ini file to test it (binhost-pre-cq chromite-pre-cq). This isn't correct behavior, the default builder set from the more general .ini should also have been used. |
