Need a way to associate .ica file to Citrix receiver |

Issue descriptionChrome OS Version: From about m63 Chrome OS Platform: HP 13 Steps To Reproduce: (1) Go to Citrix portal and click on a link to download Citrix configuration file (.ica file) (2) File will download and be saved on the Chromebook. It does not associate to the Citrix receiver app. (3) The user has to manually open the file in the Citrix Receiver app Expected Result: Opening a Citrix config file will launch the Citrix Receiver app. This is the behavior on Windows. Actual Result: How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Workaround is to manually open the file in the Citrix receiver app.

A solution from Citrix: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX136578 Probably, we need a way to define "File Type Associations" so https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/citrix-receiver/haiffjcadagjlijoggckpgfnoeiflnem?hl=en could always open .ica files by default.
