Failed to understand Do I need to attach any other backtrace logs or make any information more clear?

Since it isn't Chrome (Google didn't build it, debian did and they have the symbols). You'll need to open an issue up with them or provide us with a symbolized stack trace. Seee https://wiki.debian.org/Chromium/Debugging Does it happen if you install the Google Chrome binary?

Yep, I already did backtrace it (you are able to open attached files gdb-chromium.txt and gdb-cromium-single-process.txt, right? The second one is for backtrace of single-process mode). And, well, it doesn't happen when I launch stable version of Google Chrome instead of Chromium

The backtrace still doesn't have symbols. You need to get them from debian.
