"loading.mobile / timeToFirstMeaningfulPaint_avg / hot_Regular-3G / FlipKart" became instable after the SpeculativePreconnect feature was enabled

During the previous SpeculativePreconnect trial (533238-553955) the graph was around 150ms. But after the feature was enabled by default the last time, the graph has divided into 3 alternating modes.

Obsolete, the graph has restored its level before this regression.
