Link preview of fav url is not working after one delete action on mac mojave

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.15 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. fav a few pages
2. open default blank page
3. delete one
4. move mouse over item to preview the wrong url

What is the expected behavior?
show correct url

What went wrong?
not show correct url

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 69.0.3451.0  Channel: canary

more info, i'm talking about bookmarks here, and make sure before deletion, the bookmarks should not able to display all items (some item is hidden), and then delete one of the item displayed (probably one of the middle item), and then check items before/after deleted item. those after the deleted item will show wrong preview url

Unable to reproducible this issue on latest canary #72.0.3616.0 using Mac(10.13.1,10.13.6,10.14.6) OS.
