Chrome Version : 67.0.3396.79 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: 67_win_79)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Firefox: PASS, 60.0.2

(2) open webpage that required user/pass, fill the forms and click on "save" when asked "Do you want Google Smart Lock to save your password for this site?"
(3) close the notice that requires to sign in into google OR the notice that confirm "Password saved"
What is the expected result?
to find user and pass in settings/advanced/manage passwords
What happens instead?
nothing was saved
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
New system, windows 10 pro installed and updated, linked to samba AD, add user from samba AD and login with, download chrome from edge and install. So there is no history no cookies no cache no proxy nothing setup, just the defaults.
Try to uninstall/delete user/appdata/local and program files related folders. Try to overwrite "login data" file from appdata/local/google/chrome/user data/default/ with file from another computer with working credentials. Try from another browsers: install firefox - user/pass saved. Try also on egde, user/pass not saved. Try on ie11, user/pass not saved. Solution found from ie11, on internet options/content/auto complete/manage password there is attached error opening windows credentials.
Working solution from https://appuals.com/how-to-fix-credential-manager-error-0x80090345/
This may be nothing, but any untreated error could lead to security issues/bugs. Also should not notice user "Password saved" without real save.

page at the end of this report.

Thanks for the report. To understand whether this is specific to one website or a general issue, could you please check how Chrome behaves for the password form on https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/? Also, if you can enable logging when reproducing the issue (https://www.chromium.org/for-testers/enable-logging), could you please share the logs with us? Another source of logs is chrome://password-manager-internals (keep this open in a second tab while reproducing the issue), but for this particular problem the other logs are likely to be more helpful.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 67.0.3396.79 using Windows 10 and with normal login, able to see saved passwords in chrome://settings. As per comment#0 this seems to be problem with Samba domain account.Could you please provide us logs as mentioned in comment#3 Thanks!
